DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE
1.- PERFORMANCE AND PROPERTY OF DATA.
In the context of the provision of services commissioned in my capacity as a user and for the purpose mentioned in the object of the contracted service, I provide 4 BEYOND, personal data such as: names, identification document numbers, telephone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, video graphic records and in general any type of personal information that is required by 4-BEYOND for the efficient and adequate development of the services entrusted as appropriate in each case, hereinafter referred to as THE DATA.
To this end, and the effects provided for in Statutory Law No. 1581 of 2012, and Decree 1377 of 2013.4 BEYOND, as a service provider FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS ADVICE AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES, becomes the MANAGER OF THE TREATMENT, committing to the fulfillment of the obligations that are inherent to it.
4-BEYOND, expressly acknowledges that the data of which it is in charge of the treatment are the exclusive property of the user of the service, so it cannot be applied or used for purposes other than those provided in the contract, agreement or service proposal as appropriate.
4-BEYOND, may only have access to those data that the user provides in compliance with the object of the service provided, and will proceed to its treatment in accordance with the instructions provided below, in no case constituting said access a data communication.
- DATA TREATMENT.
4-BEYOND, undertakes to treat the data for the exclusive purpose of performing the service.
4-BEYOND, is obliged to use the data to which the user gives access, solely and exclusively for the purposes that allow the provision of the service. Likewise, it is obliged to guard and prevent access to personal data to any third party outside the contractual relationship that 4 BEYOND has with the user.
The aforementioned obligations extend to any person who could intervene in any phase of the treatment on behalf of 4-BEYOND and will continue even after the end of the treatments carried out within the framework of the service provided to the user.
4-BEYOND, undertakes to communicate and enforce its employees, assigned to the service provided to the user, the obligations set forth in this document.
4-BEYOND, is authorized in a free, prior, express, voluntary and unequivocal manner, and duly informed, to use the information provided within the context of the provision of services entrusted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may request at any time the rectification of the information that rests in your databases or the deletion of this information from your computer system; For this purpose, they should contact the email: contactanos@4-beyond.com.
- SECURITY MEASURES
- A) 4-BEYOND states that it complies with current regulations on the protection of personal data and, in particular, with the security measures corresponding to its integrity and immaculate.
